• 2012 Midwest Distance Festival Freshman Mile 3rd Place (4:35)
• 2012 WV A-AA Cross Country Team Champions
• 2013-2015 All-State in 800m,1600m, and 4x400m at least once each
• 2013 WV AA State Runners-Up 4x800m
• Signed to run with D2 Concord University
• Freshman: Scored 2 Individual Points for a Conference Team Runner Up in track
• 800m PR (1:58) @ Duke University, and 1500m PR the next day (4:13) which appeared on ESPN
• Mountain East Conference Champions Cross Country 2015, 2016
